Space Fiction: Cepheus

 

A superior civilisation outside the solar system is observing quietly an unknown civilisation.

They can see their sense of beauty, they live in peace and fraternity, a perfect place to live they thought.

In a second analysis they  looked deeply inside their minds they noticed something unexpected, they can  choose to do good and evil, many wars, unjustices and hate.  The good as inactive, boring, unfashionable, Is that a civilisation?
